Binding Agreement

Payment of a deposit constitutes full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions listed on this page.

By paying a deposit, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all shop policies, including but not limited to:

A physical signature is not required once a deposit is received. The deposit serves as a legally binding agreement to all shop policies.


1. Deposits & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule any vehicle wrap service.

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or change of mind.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to vehicle release.

No vehicle will be released until full payment has been received.

Vehicles not picked up within 3 business days after completion notification may incur storage fees of $___ per day.


2. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds will be issued once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Refunds will not be issued for:

If an issue arises, the shop may, at its sole discretion, repair the affected area.

Repairs may be attempted before any other resolution is considered.

Refunds will not be issued in place of repair attempts.


3. 30-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty

Workmanship is covered for 30 calendar days from the date of service completion.

This warranty covers adhesion failure strictly caused by installation error.

This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:

Warranty determinations are at the sole discretion of the shop.

Material defects fall under the manufacturer’s warranty only, not the installer.


4. Post-Installation Temperature Changes & Initial Lifting

Vehicles are wrapped in a controlled indoor environment where temperature remains consistent.

When the vehicle is returned to normal outdoor conditions, temperature changes may occasionally cause minor lifting at certain edges or recessed areas during the first few days.

This is not uncommon and does not necessarily indicate improper installation.

If lifting occurs within the first week after installation, the customer must contact the shop promptly so the area can be corrected.

Minor adjustments are a normal part of the installation process and are typically resolved quickly when addressed early.


5. Paint & Surface Risk (Customer Assumes All Risk)

By authorizing installation, the customer acknowledges that:

Vinyl wrap materials may pull paint during installation or removal.

The shop is not responsible for paint failure, including but not limited to:

Vehicles that have been repainted carry significantly higher risk of paint failure.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any paint damage related to the condition of the vehicle’s paint or prior repairs.


6. Disassembly Risks

Proper vinyl installation may require removal of:

Due to age and material fatigue, clips and fasteners may break during disassembly.

The shop is not liable for broken clips, hidden cracks, or prior damage discovered during removal.

Replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Care Requirements (Mandatory)

To maintain the wrap and preserve warranty coverage, the customer agrees to:

8. Limitation of Liability

The shop’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for installation services only.

9. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left more than 7 days after completion notification may incur storage fees.

Vehicles abandoned for more than 30 days may be subject to mechanic’s lien procedures and legal recovery, in accordance with local law.


10. Media Release

The shop reserves the right to photograph vehicles before, during, and after service and use those images for marketing and promotional purposes.

Customers may decline media usage in writing prior to service.
